Workflow & Automation provides systematic planning, coordination, monitoring, scheduling and directing of automated business processes for all university departments who choose to participate. Service offerings include scheduling automated batch jobs, production schedules and reports, modifying and manual running of jobs.

Deals with jobs already generated in the schedule i.e. holding, canceling, rerun. Also includes any on-demand job requests or manual job run requests.
