Activate Phone
Request to activate a RingCentral phone service for a new user.
Bulk Request
Multiple requests of voice and data services for RingCentral phones. Complete the Bulk Request Customer Spreadsheet linked on this form and attach to your request.
Change IVR or Queue
Request to change an existing RingCentral IVR or Queue. A consult with Request Fulfillment may be needed. Please provide call back number. Charges may apply.
Change Phone Account or Name
Request to change an existing RingCentral account or name.
Change Phone Programming
Request to change an existing RingCentral phone or App programming.
Change Phone Type
Request to change an existing RingCentral phone type to another RingCentral phone type.
Disconnect Phone Number
Request to disconnect an existing RingCentral phone number and/or user.
Issue Report
To report a service issue with a RingCentral telephone service, including voicemail password issues and resetting.
Move Phone Location
Request to move an existing RingCentral phone from one location to another. Please use the "Bulk Request" if needed.
New IVR or Queue
