EMS

EMS is the event management system used by the ILR Conference Center in its Ithaca and New York City locations, to manage event reservations, catering, special requirements, and other administrative tracking related to operation of these facilities.

Salesforce is used to manage certain Outreach program workshops and events, registrations, class operations, and finance.

Watermark Insights (formerly Activity Insight)

Watermark Insights, formerly Activity Insight, is used in ILR in order to evaluate academic, research, and outreach efforts. Some data, including contact information, course information, data from course evaluations, data from the Office of Sponsored Programs, and from Outreach activities in Salesforce is automatically populated. Other information must be entered by hand either by faculty or their designates.

ILR uses Filemaker for a number of mid-weight database solutions.

Course Evaluations

Course evaluations allow students to provide feedback on classes and faculty. They occur twice per semester, once for the first set of 7-week courses and again at the end of the semester for all other courses.

NextGen Forms

Forms system available at no cost to Cornell departments, integrated with Peoplesoft. The ILR Student Experience Team's forms are developed in this system.
