Mogli SMS is the Salesforce app used to text applicants. Salesforce sends automated texts to applicants, and Admissions staff, including the EMBA programs, text with applicants from their program's phone number.
Salesforce sends these texts to applicants automatically, from their program's phone number. They go only to applicants who opted in on the phone number on their application and have not opted out.
Admissions staff use Mogli to text with applicants from Salesforce. Each conversation happens on a program's phone number, called a Gateway in Mogli.
