At least one staff member from each association has access to the Morning Ag Clips web portal (https://www.morningagclips.com/) and the group account e-mail that is attached to our membership (ccenews-wny@cornell.edu).

Cornell’s e-list service uses a product called Lyris ListManager.  With more and more e‑mail servers blocking potential spam, this is the best free option available through Cornell for those of us who need to e-mail out e-newsletters and/or press releases to many e-mail addresses.

Previous Versions is a feature on our file servers that allows users to restore previous versions of files or folders that have been modified, deleted, or otherwise changed.

At the end of January each year, WSBN IT staff archive any folders and files found in the "_READY TO BE ARCHIVED" folders on our file servers. Click here to learn more about how all staff can assist with the archiving process.
