Nintex DocGen help articles provide step-by-step guidance on generating documents from Salesforce records with Nintex DocGen, formerly DrawLoop. These resources cover DocGen packages and their Word document templates, and the trigger loop process that runs them.
The process to send the Application PDF from Salesforce to Perceptive Content has had a number of names of the years, including Loop/Trigger Loop process and ImageNow process. Nintex DocGen package is used to create a full application PDF of all application items and send the PDF through an SFTP (secure file transfer) to the Electronic Student Record in Perceptive Content.
This process describes how to update merge fields in DocGen templates. The process is the same for all DocGen templates.
