Controlling Event/Class Behavior on the Web

Events are called "Event/Classes" in Salesforce.

Several fields control how the Event/Classes are managed on the Drupal website.  Note that questions about the details of this aspect of the operation should be directed to the ILR/MarComm Web Team.

  • Published on Web: Controls visibility of the Event/Class on the website.  Check it to display on web, uncheck to turn off display on web.  Unchecking does not remove the underlying Event/Class data from the web system.
  • Synchronized with Web: Controls data updates of Event/Class fields to the website.  Checking this will sync data from Salesforce to the web.  Additional configuration may need to be done on the web site.  Contact the Web Team for more information.  Unchecking this will remove the Event/Class entirely from the web.  If the Event/Class will need to be displayed again on the web in the future it will need to be configured there again.
