The CAHRS Home tab is a clearing house for common views of data.
- If not already there, click the "CAHRS Home" tab.
- Three common views are always present on the home page, but are limited to 30 items each:
- CAHRS Scheduled Events
- CAHRS Events Completed Last 6 Months
- CAHRS New Contacts Last 2 Weeks
- In the left side menu, click the various headings to see options for viewing different types of data.
- Click the desired view or report.
Note that some data is displayed in simple "listviews" while other data is arranged in report format. Views are simple and quick to use, but only show one type of data and cannot group or summarize data. Reports are more complex, but can work with multiple types of data at once, can group, and also summarize data.
