The Course Banking system interface is designed to focus on summary and historical reports as well as viewing individual faculty data. Department chairs and administrative assistants can see the faculty in their own departments. (Individual faculty have access to only their own data in Activity Insight.) The Dean of ILR and the Senior Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, Diversity, and Faculty Development have access to all data via this system.
All information is available from the "Home" page, which is the default page seen when you log in. A summary view of faculty data is found on the left of that page. Links to all reports are found along the right-hand side. Help is located below the report list. The Nav Bar provides two links:
- Home is a quick way to get back to this home page from any other page.
- Report is a link to the reporting page. Note that all reports currently available in the Report link are also linked on the right, but in the future other reports may be available through the Report link.
The Search Bar allows searching by person or course.
