Use Outlook for email/calendaring, Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote) for productivity, OneDrive for document storage, and Teams for collaboration.
All current Cornell faculty and staff can download and install the latest version of Microsoft Office on up to five computers or devices. This includes personal devices - licenses expire once an employee is no longer affiliated with Cornell/CCE.
In addition to the email and calendar services available to Cornell, Office 365 includes additional productivity and collaboration services. These include: SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Office Online, Yammer, and Delve.
