This article outlines the tools local IT contacts are expected to use for communication and referencing IT documentation.

Communication Tools

Microsoft Teams

  • Use:  Real-time IT group and direct message chat and one-on-one video/audio conferencing.
  • Expectation:  The use of Teams desktop app for real-time communications is a requirement during work hours.

Documentation Tools

CCE Knowledge Base

  • Use: Standard Operating Procedures and self-help articles
  • Expectation: Reference for SOPs and self-help articles, when necessary.

Association Shared Drive

  • Use: Track and reference association-specific IT information
  • Expectation:  Review all folders within the IT folder upon hire.  Reference it, when necessary.
  • Location:  Open association shared drive and navigate to Association\IT folder

WSBN Shared Drive

  • Use: Track and reference regional IT information
  • Expectation:  Review all folders within the IT folder upon hire.  Reference it, when necessary.
  • Location:  Open X drive and navigate to IT folder
