Nintex DocGen, also known as DrawLoop, is the third party document generation tool in Salesforce and is owned by Nintex.  DocGen is used in the following ways:

  1. Admissions Decision Letters
  2. Electronic Student Records, sent through ImageNow/Perceptive Content
  3. Create a PDF of the full Admissions Application
  4. Faculty Letters
  5. Center and Institute Board Membership Agreements

The process to send the Application PDF from Salesforce to Perceptive Content has had a number of names of the years, including Loop/Trigger Loop process and ImageNow process.
