Nintex DocGen, also known as DrawLoop, is the third party document generation tool in Salesforce. It produces Admissions decision letters, Electronic Student Records sent through ImageNow/Perceptive Content, full Admissions Application PDFs, faculty letters, and Center and Institute board membership agreements.

The process to send the Application PDF from Salesforce to Perceptive Content has had a number of names of the years, including Loop/Trigger Loop process and ImageNow process. Nintex DocGen package is used to create a full application PDF of all application items and send the PDF through an SFTP (secure file transfer) to the Electronic Student Record in Perceptive Content.
