Manage Application Files

You can rename Files in Salesforce for accepted or not entering application records for the electronic student record process.

NOTE: the application records must be in Accepted or Not Entering status to view the Rename Files action.

You can run the Test Loop process to identify which Files will cause an issue with the electronic student record process for prepending 'Locked_'
