Application Portal Issues

If the applicant cannot view their application in their applicant portal, and the application meets all criteria to be the active application (current apply year and past Submit, or In Progress):

  • The Lead needs to be the same on the Contact and the Application.  Update either field (check the Lead records to see which Lead is the 'current' one).  Login as applicant to ensure can see application.
