Role of LanguageLine Account Managers

Account Managers for LanguageLine are the designated staff in each SCL department, using LanguageLine, who are responsible for:

  • providing access to LanguageLine to other staff members in their department,
  • paying the bills (including disputing any issues),
  • monitoring their department’s account in the online portal,
  • and assisting their staff with using the service or requesting support through LanguageLine.
