The Administrative Applications team includes three full-time and one part-time staff member, and is sometimes augmented with one or more temporary contract staff. The Cornell staff include:
- Daniel Elswit (de21) - Director of Administrative Applications, technical lead, strategy, management, and Salesforce Administrator
- John Barry (jb729) - Salesforce Developer and Administrator, and technical analyst
- Jennifer Weidner (jlw297) - Salesforce Administrator, reporting, and analytics
- Caroline Hecht (cgh2) - Part-time ColdFusion programmer and database administrator focused on legacy applications
The Administrative Applications team is part of the ILR Technology Services team, reporting to Jeff Bishop, the ILR School IT Director. We also regularly work closely with the Fiscal, MarComm, Outreach Administration, Student Experience, and Dean's Office teams.
