Adding Konica Printing Codes on Mac

To be able to print to ILR Konica printers that require account codes, you will need to enter your code in for each application you use to print. For instance in Word, we select Print, then select a Konica printer. Click the drop down for copies and pages and select output method.

If not selected, Click to put a check mark in account track and then select  detail settings.  

Click on drop down arrow for account track and select settings

 

In the password field enter the code for your department. Your department manager or administrative assistant should have this code. Select Save Settings and you should not have to enter the code the next time you print.
