First go to the Konica website and download your driver. https://onyxweb.mykonicaminolta.com/onestopproductsupport
Do a quick Search for the model that is located on the Konica device. All of ILR Konicas are bizhubs.
Click on Drivers and select you Mac OS version. click to download
Go to your downloads and open the zip file. You will then have a .PKG file. Just run that and it will install the driver to your mac.
Go through the install wizard and enter you administrator password when prompted.
When that is complete, click on the apple (top left of screen) and select system preferences, open Printers and Scanners.
Before Proceeding-
For Ithaca and NYC offices, please be connected to the wired network or connected to the EduRoam wireless network. Buffalo is any wireless network including visitor.
You will need to select the padlock and enter your administrator password to unlock. Hit the plus sign to add a new printer.
Enter the IP number for address (ILR TechServices can help) , protocol is LPD, Queue leave blank, Name= anything that makes sense to you, Location is any name you like, and Use, click the dropdown menu and select software, scroll through the list until you find your model and select. Click Add when complete.
For the Setting up screen, this information will have to come from a computer that already has it setup or from Techservices.
