Troubleshooting
Issue: Printer was printing but has stopped, shows error in print queue.
- Restart the computer and try to print again.
- Turn off printer, wait a minute and turn the printer back on.
- Verify the printer is on and both ends of the USB cable are securely connected, to the printer and to the computer.
- Any error lights or messages on the printer? If no, continue to next steps. If yes, any indication of error? Paper jam, toner low?
- If no errors on printer, try plugging in the USB cable into a different USB port on computer. Test printing again.
