Description
By default, RingCentral auto-generates a voicemail greeting prompting callers to leave a message and press the # key for additional options. You also have the option to record a custom voicemail greeting. This article describes how to set up a voicemail greeting in RingCentral.
Setting Up Your Voicemail Greeting
- On app.ringcentral.com, click the Setup icon on the left sidebar.
- Click My Calls under Setup.
- Under Voicemail, select Record.
From here, you can add your voicemail recording using one of the following methods:
- Use your desktop or mobile microphone
- Call your phone to record via handset
- Upload an existing recording
