Voicemail and Greeting
By Default, RingCentral auto-generates a default voicemail getting prompting the end user to leave a message and press the ‘#’ key for additional options. You also have the option to record your own voicemail greeting if preferred
Setup Greeting

On app.ringcentral.com, click the Setup icon on the left sidebar

Click “My Calls” under setup

Under voicemail, select “record”
From here, you are able to add your voicemail recording in several ways.

Use your Desktop/Mobile Microphone

Call your phone to record via handset

Upload existing recording
