Applications must meet the following criteria to display in the Scheduled Publish process:
- Application's Program has 'Allow Schedule Publish' checked
- Application's Round is the same apply year as the Program.
- Internal Status is a decision status
- Targeted Decision Letter is populated
- Decision Email Sent is not checked.
There is a limit to 200 application records to schedule at a time. To reset applications to test again, update the following fields:
- External Status = Under Review
- Decision Email Sent = FALSE
- Decision Email Sent Date = BLANK
- Publish Now = BLANK
- Publish Now Status = BLANK
- Future Publish Date/Time = BLANK
