Employee Training Management

The Cornell Employee Training Management is branded as CULearn The service allows end-users (Learners) to access their ongoing compliance and staff development training and training provided by units across the university.

Learning Administrators in organizations across campus organize and manage these trainings for end users. CuLearn automates management of learning in various ways. In addition, the service includes automated scheduled integrations with other institutional data sources such as (Workday, PeopleSoft). Saba provides records and information management, as well as tracking and automated reporting of training.
