Surveys for Research (Qualtrics)

Cornell offers Qualtrics as a centrally managed survey tool for research and complex quantitative and qualitative data collection and reporting. It supports academic, institutional, and operational research needs with advanced features for survey design, data analysis, and compliance with Institutional Review Board, FERPA, and other privacy and security standards. Access is governed by University Policy and other terms and conditions.

Allow a survey owner to invite individuals outside Cornell to be collaborators on the survey.
Re-enable Qualtrics Account
Re-enable a Cornell Qualtrics account that was automatically disabled due to 365 days of inactivity.
Temporary Qualtrics Reactivation
This form is for use by former Cornell students, faculty, or staff who require temporary access to their Cornell Qualtrics account to download data from it.
View Restricted Data
Allow a survey owner or collaborator to see the email, name, and IP-derived geolocation fields in contact or embedded data in their survey reporting.
