1. Select Print, then Printer Properties
2. Select the Basic tab, then choose output method and select secure print.
3. Another window will open for you to enter any name and password you would like. You will need this when you release the job at the printer.
Select Ok, then OK to the next window, then Print and head to the printer
4. Go to the copy machine and enter your access code to open up the menu and select the secure print button.
5. Enter your name and password you created, this can be the same or different every time you print secure
6. Select the document you want, then print
7. Hit the Start button!
