Hello, and welcome to the Ring central Pilot program. You have been selected to beta-test Cornell University’s newest PBX implementation for CCE Suffolk. We hope you have an enjoyable experience.  

Accept the email invite from support@ringcentral.com

Create your secure password

Click “Use web browser instead”

Setup Ringcentral Service 

Optional: Click “Take a quick tour of the app” for a quick overview of the ring central Application.

On the sidebar, click the “Get the app” item

Scan the QR Code above “Mobile App” to download/install the ringcentral application.

Install app from Andorid/Ios store 

Open app 

tap ‘Sign in”

Tap “Sign in manually” if express link does not work.

Enter your cornell.edu email address and ringcentral password

Verify with email code (6 digits) 

Once app is open, accept all permissions 

  • Audio 

  • Contacts 

  • Location 

  • Notifications 

  • Phone calls 

  •  

Your account setup is complete. You will have a splash page with your direct number and extension. Happy ringing!
