Call Forwarding
Instructions on how to setup call forwarding on your extension.
Specify Forward calls destination

On the left of the sidebar, click “Settings”.

Under the Settings sidebar, select “Phone”

Select “Call Rules and Voicemail”
Click the “>” arrow next to forward all calls
Click the dropdown bar adjacent to the Incoming Calls menu
Specify the destination for your forwarded call. Enter any user on the Platform or any external phone number.
Enable Call Forwarding
Inside the ‘Forward all calls” card, click on the gray switch to make green, this will enable call forwarding and leave a warning on the top of your webpage.
