Frequently Asked Questions

• Qualtrics Survey Login Error: User account is disabled.
  For security purposes, Cornell Qualtrics accounts are automatically deactivated if the account owner has not signed in for more than one year. You can request that Cornell Information Technology (CIT) re-enable your account by submitting the Qualtrics support form.
• Changing Survey Ownership
  Ownership transfers are managed by CIT. To initiate a transfer request, use the Qualtrics support form. For more information, visit Qualtrics (Survey Tool) | IT@Cornell.
• Using an Exchange Group Account (EGA) with Cornell Qualtrics Surveys
  If you and your colleagues want to share resources in Cornell Qualtrics and have an Exchange Group Account (EGA), the EGA owner can request that it be set up as a Qualtrics login and account.
