For Statler Hotel Finance and Accounting staff: new dEPM users get an account from the Finance Product Champion first, then log a ticket with the IT help desk for installation. Errors in dEPM go to the Finance Product Champion, the only contact with the vendor, Infor. The Hotel System Manager is for urgent cases after the ticket is submitted.
