Besides creating tasks, Delphi, the Statler Hotel's Salesforce, sends some emails, fills in some fields, and sends scheduled reports on its own. This page covers those, and the PMS integration tasks that close themselves each night.

These emails replace Salesforce's standard task notification, which Cornell's email security blocks. Automatic tasks never send one, even when someone reassigns them by hand. Check your task list for those.

Delphi also sends event data to Unifocus each day for staff scheduling.
PMS integration tasks
Delphi is connected to the hotel's property management system (PMS). When that connection hits a problem, a task of type PMS Integration appears.
You don't need to act on these. Every night around midnight, Delphi marks every open PMS Integration task Completed and moves it off your list. Until then, you may see them in your task list.
Nothing on your side stops them from being created. The Salesforce team is working on where they come from. If they're causing a problem for you, for example piling up during the day, submit a ticket.
