Generate an Event Captain Report PDF

Summary

Approving an Event Captain Report creates and emails its PDF automatically. Use Generate PDF when you need a new copy of the PDF afterwards, for example after correcting the report. The new PDF is attached to the Event Captain Report in Delphi, the Statler Hotel's Salesforce, but it is not emailed.

Approving an Event Captain Report creates and emails its PDF automatically. Use Generate PDF when you need a new copy of the PDF afterwards, for example after correcting the report. The new PDF is attached to the Event Captain Report in Delphi, the Statler Hotel's Salesforce, but it is not emailed.

Generate the PDF

  1. Open the Event Captain Report in Delphi.
  2. Click Generate PDF.
  3. Click Finish to return to the Event Captain Report.

Find and download the PDF

  1. Scroll down to the Notes & Attachments section and click View All.
  2. Click the PDF's link in the Title column to download it.

The PDF takes 1-2 minutes to appear. If it isn't listed yet, wait a moment and click Refresh, or refresh your browser.
