Installing Printing Software/How To Print

Prior to printing, you will need to install the PaperCut software on your computer. Please refer to the following instructions on how to install PaperCut and print on campus:

PC users – https://tdx.cornell.edu/TDClient/48/Portal/KB/ArticleDet?ID=1073

Mac users - https://tdx.cornell.edu/TDClient/48/Portal/KB/ArticleDet?ID=1069

Cost of Printing

**Each Cornell student has been given an allotment of $15 to print for the year free of charge.  Once that limit is reached, printing will be charged directly to your Bursar account.

Printing costs per page:

.06 Cents/Page – Black and White

.13 Cents/Page – Color

.13 Cents/Page - Copies

Cleaning Protocol

When printing at an MFP, each student will be required to disinfect the printer they are using before and after use.  Any area on the printer that you have touched needs to be wiped with the disinfectant wipes located at the printers.  Please practice social distancing, if you see other classmates at a printer, please wait until they have disinfected the printer and walked away before walking up.

Because you are required to swipe with your student ID to print, you won’t have to worry about someone accidentally grabbing your printed document(s).

If you run into any issues or have questions/concerns regarding printing, please submit a helpdesk request to itrequests@business.cornell.edu
