ShuttleQ Shuttle and Transportation System: Who to Contact

About ShuttleQ

ShuttleQ is the Statler Hotel transportation and shuttle system. It coordinates guest airport transfers and local transportation requests, and it is web-based. You may hear it called "Shuttle," "Airport Shuttle," "Transportation," or "ShuttleQ." ShuttleQ is vendor software. The IT helpdesk supports Cornell PCs and the network, but does not support ShuttleQ itself.

Who to contact

Contact the Manager on Duty - the manager on site in charge at the time, who works in the Front Office. Go to the Front Office and ask for the Manager on Duty, or call the hotel front desk and ask to be transferred. The Manager on Duty or the Director of Rooms (the Product Champion) contacts the ShuttleQ vendor. Please do not contact the vendor directly.

Steps

  1. Rule out your PC and network first. If other websites also fail, or the PC itself has a problem, log a ticket with the IT help desk as you normally would.
  2. Otherwise, tell the Manager on Duty about the ShuttleQ problem.

Common questions

  • A new user cannot get in. Users are set up by Front Office management.
  • Several people have the same problem at once. ShuttleQ itself is the likely cause. Tell the Manager on Duty.

Still need help?

The order is: the Manager on Duty or the Director of Rooms, then the vendor (ShuttleQ), then the IT help desk (log a ticket), then the Hotel System Manager.

Always log a ticket with the IT help desk first (itrequests@business.cornell.edu). If the situation is critical or urgent, you can then contact the Hotel System Manager directly, after you have submitted the ticket. Your manager or department director knows how to reach the Hotel System Manager and is empowered to do so based on their judgment.

Still need help? Contact the Cornell SC Johnson College of Business Helpdesk at itrequests@business.cornell.edu.
