Box: Folder Colors

The color of a folder icon in Box shows who the folder is shared with.

  • Yellow: a personal folder that only you can access.
  • Blue (with a people icon): a folder shared with someone at Cornell.
  • Gray (with a globe icon): a folder shared with someone outside Cornell.

Example

In this All Files list, the gray folder at the top is shared with someone outside Cornell, the yellow folder is personal, and the blue folders are shared within Cornell.
