On-site diagnosis, troubleshooting, short-term workaround, and long-term repair of installed AV systems.
Health Check - Basic
Basic check of room technology's functionality.
Health Check - Thorough
Complete check of room technology's functionality.  Check all connections, clean out dust from racks and cubbies, Check documentation and labelling.
Initial Assessment & Lifecycle Budgeting
Create MOU to provide AV Health Check & Repair service for one or more spaces.  Include rooms in scope, number of health checks per year, and diagnostics per year.  Create a lifecycle budget to aid in budgeting annual support costs, as well as technology refresh costs for years 4, 6, 8, and 12.
In-person training and/or in-room documentation for installed AV systems.
