Apple Hardware Repair (Cornell-owned)
Request on-site Apple computer repair services for Cornell-owned devices. Non-warranty repair will incur a $99 diagnostic fee which includes one hour of labor, with additional hours billed at $70 per hour.
Apple Hardware Repair (Personal Device)
Request on-site Apple computer repair services for personal devices. Available to faculty, staff, and students with devices covered by Apple's warranty or AppleCare; non-warranty repair will incur a $99 diagnostic fee which includes one hour of labor, with additional hours billed at $70 per hour.
Computer Cleaning and Sanitizing
Request cleaning (internal and/or external, as well as sticker removal) of Cornell-owned computers as a preventative maintenance measure. Cleaning is only performed at the Computer Harware Repair office.
Dell Warranty Repair Request
Request for in-warranty hardware repair on Cornell-issued Dell equipment.
Non-Warranty Repair or Parts and Installation
Request for a check on warranty eligibility of a part, or request for a quote and/or purchase of parts by the Hardware Repair Team.
