Access Point Configuration
Configure and provision wireless access points. For internal CIT use only.
Copper and Fiber Install/Repair
CIT internal request to Field Services to install or repair copper or fiber cabling.
Infrastructure Design Review
Provide expert evaluation and recommendations for new or existing network designs. Typically requested in conjunction with capital construction projects & renovations.
Network Deprovision Request
Request by the network administrator or designated IT/technical support staff member for a college, unit, or department to deprovision IP space. While CIT routinely checks for inactive networks, netadmins are encouraged to submit a deprovision request when they know a network is no longer needed.
Network Electronics
CIT internal request to Field Services to install, repair, or troubleshoot network electronics.
Network Port Moves, Adds, and Changes
Manage the physical network ports and jacks including moves, additions, changes, and deletions.
New Network Request
Request by the network administrator or designated IT/technical support staff member for a college, unit, or department to provision a new IP space.
UPS/ATS Configuration
Form for CIT Field Services to request the provisioning of a new UPS.
