Use this form to request a modification to a device's Apple Device Enrollment (ADE) status. This applies to Apple devices purchased via The Cornell Store using a KFS account number.

All packages uploaded to Jamf must be in either .pkg format or be a custom created .dmg file. For this request to be completed, your file must be located on Cornell’s SFS servers at: //files.cornell.edu/CU/MacDP/your_site/incoming
