The campus parking compliance program is provided as a customer service for those people who purchase parking. To ensure parking availability, all campus drivers are expected to park legally. If a parking violation occurs, the driver or registered owner of the vehicle is responsible for payment.


Cornell University's Transportation department can only help with card complications. If you recently purchased a bus pass, it may take up to 48 hours to activate in TCAT's system.


Campus Mail and Delivery Services is responsible for the pick-up & distribution of campus mail, the metering of US Postal Service mail, package receiving, and Red Runner Courier Services. Departments may request business-related package delivery services and campus transportation arrangements, including complimentary accessible travel for eligible faculty and staff.


Cornell University’s Fleet Services is here to help with your vehicle needs. We offer efficient and cost-effective rental, lease management, and maintenance services for university departments. Whether you need to rent a car or lease one, we’ve got you covered. Our vehicle leasing services include acquiring, inspecting, and maintaining your vehicle. The cost of a full-service lease, including fuel, is billed monthly.


This service can be used by contractors, vendors, Cornell affiliates, and the general public to direct inquiries regarding road closures, event parking, contractor/vendor parking information, parking lot maintenance, or general inquiries.
