Campus Mail and Delivery Services is responsible for the pick-up & distribution of campus mail, the metering of US Postal Service mail, package receiving, and Red Runner Courier Services. Departments may request business-related package delivery services and campus transportation arrangements, including complimentary accessible travel for eligible faculty and staff.


This service can be used by contractors, vendors, Cornell affiliates, and the general public to direct inquiries regarding road closures, event parking, contractor/vendor parking information, parking lot maintenance, or general inquiries.


Cornell University's Transportation department can only help with card complications. If you recently purchased a bus pass, it may take up to 48 hours to activate in TCAT's system.

The campus parking compliance program is provided as a customer service for those people who purchase parking. To ensure parking availability, all campus drivers are expected to park legally. If a parking violation occurs, the driver or registered owner of the vehicle is responsible for payment.

The C2C shelter is located in southeast corner of the B Lot (Vet College). Campus to campus passengers who do not have a valid permit may submit this form to park for free during the duration of their trip. Please park in designated overnight parking areas from Dec 1-Apr 1, when snow is expected.
