Abandoned, Lost or Stolen Bike/Scooter
Submit a ticket to report an abandoned bike, scooter or micromobility device, request removal, or recover your device.
Bike, Scooter and Other Device Registration
Bike, Scooter and Other Device Registration is a free service that helps to aid in the identification of lost or stolen devices, is required for access to secure storage rooms in the residence halls and helps the University in the development and planning of transportation infrastructure.
Bike/Micromobility Parking
Submit a ticket to request additional parking, infrastructure, or to report a concern.
Community Partner Information Request
Transportation Services is here to make your journey as easy, affordable, efficient, healthy, and sustainable as possible. Cornell University has several partnerships with Community Partners that offer Carpooling, Rideshare, Carshare services and more.
Commuter and Pedestrian Safety
Use this service to report locations of dense traffic patterns and/or near misses on campus. Be Safe Big Red!

RideShare Contract Request
The RideShare commuter program is designed for eligible Cornell employees who do not live in campus housing and share their ride to the Ithaca campus at least 3 times a week. This formal carpooling arrangement is available to regular (not temporary) Cornell employees receiving university benefit.
Transportation Systems Support
This service exists to address computer software, hardware, and telecommunication needs for Transportation and Delivery Services (TDS) at a technical and functional level. The needs include but are not limited to; Access, Billing, Integration, Networking, Software Disruption, and more.
