Requesting Service for Eastern copiers

If your MFP/Copier is experiencing hardware issues, follow these steps to request service:

  • Go to https://easternmpn.com/support/service-request/

  • Scroll down and enter the Equipment ID (displayed on the Eastern sticker on the front of the copier) and the zip code (14850)
  • Complete the form by filling out the Contact Info, Equipment Address, and Service Information fields, then click Submit.
  • A tech from Eastern will contact you to arrange a day/time for service.

You do not need an account number since the cost of any repairs is included in our contract with Eastern.
