Requesting Service for Eastern copiers

A guide to request hardware/technical service from Eastern Copy/Xerox

If your MFP/Copier is experiencing hardware issues, follow these steps to request service:

  • A tech from Eastern will contact you to arrange a day/time for service.

You do not need an account number since the cost of any repairs is included in our contract with Eastern.

If you are unable to locate the printer code for service, this page has a list of all Eastern printers and corresponding Equipment IDs in the Law School:
