Using outlook.com
1. Go to outlook.com or open Outlook application.
2. Hover over "Folders" and select the 3 dots.

3. On the menu that appears, select "Add shared folder or mailbox".

4. Enter the name of the EGA then select the EGA from the list provided below it.

4. After the EGA has been input, select "Add".

5. The added EGA should appear in the left panel of Outlook. Items included in the mailbox may take some time to load in.

Using the installed Outlook application
1. Open the Outlook application.
2. Select "File" in the top left.
3. Select "Add Account".

4. In the email "Email address" field, input the name of the EGA then select the "Connect" button.

5. After selecting "Connect", a Cornell login screen will appear. On this screen, remove the EGA from the email address field and login using your Cornell NetID credentials.

6. After you have completed the sign in, the mailbox should appear at the bottom of left side panel of your mailbox similar to the outlook.com interface screenshot.
