Using the PC:
- Turn on the LEFT display using the power button on the remote control
- If you would like to utilize both screens, hit the power button on the RIGHT display (located on the underside of the display, in the center, under the LG logo
- Using the remote control, click the source button to set the input of the lefthand TV to HDMI 1
- Turn on the Keyboard and Mouse to wake up the PC. If nothing appears, make sure that the computer is on (Located behind the left TV on the lefthand side)
- After you are finished:
- Turn off both TVs (via remote control AND holding the power button on the RIGHT display)
- Keep computer ON
Using a Laptop (Will only show up on LEFT display):
- Connect your laptop to the HDMI port in the wall plate underneath the LEFT display via the HDMI cable located in the room
- Using the remote control, click the source button to set the input of the LEFT display to “HDMI 2”
- After you are finished:
- Turn off the LEFT display
- Keep computer ON
Using Zoom (Only from the PC):
- Start up the system with the “Using a PC” instructions above
- Plug in the ClearOne Chat 170 speakerphone (black box) to the USB port on the wallplate below the LEFT display
- The USB port is the bottom one of the two.
- Start your Zoom meeting
- Click Test Speaker and Microphone when prompted to Join with Computer Audio
- Make sure the following options are selected:
- Speaker: LG TV
- Microphone: Echo Cancelling Speakerphone (Chat 170)
- Click End Test
