Bills are sent monthly directly from LanguageLine to each department’s Account Managers to pay. Each department is responsible for paying their bill or disputing charges with LanguageLine directly. You can pay your bills to LanguageLine online at: https://www.languageline.com/bill-pay

The fee structure is as follows:

Video (InSight) Interpreting Fees

The InSight Video App is available through a Chrome browser or on a mobile device in your app store. Video fees also are relevant if using video in Zoom or Teams meetings.

Audio-only is relevant to phone interpretation or audio-only interpretation via the InSight App.
