Creative Cloud Licensing Process

Summary

Process after a request has been submitted for an Adobe Creative Cloud license.

Body

You now have an Adobe Acrobat Pro/Creative Cloud account.     

  • The installer for Adobe Creative Cloud is within the Software Center. 

 

  • To get to Software Center:
  • Click on the Windows icon at the bottom left.Windows 11 the icon may be in the center of the taskbar.
  • Scroll down in the list of programs to “Microsoft Endpoint Manager”
  • Click on the above and select “Software Center”
  • If you are using Windows 11, scroll down and click on "Software Center".
  • In “Applications” tab click on “SCL-Adobe Creative Cloud…”
  • Click on “Install”

After the install you should be able to sign-in with your full Cornell email address and password and then install “Adobe Acrobat Pro” or any app that has the install button next to it.
