Signing into Adobe account (Acrobat DC / Creative Cloud)

Problem

If you are unable to view/edit pdfs, or unable to access Adobe Creative Cloud software, you may need to sign back into your Adobe account. 

Sign in to your Adobe Account

When prompted, enter your Cornell e-mail address in the Email address field.

Click on Continue, and enter your Adobe account password (this should not be the same as your Cornell NETID password).

If you have forgotten your Adobe password, click on Reset your password and Adobe will send you a link to reset it.

  • Do not use your Cornell NETID password when resetting your Adobe password.
