1.Down in your bottom left hand corner search bar type (PC)
2.You will see this:
3. Right click on "This PC"
4. Click on Map network drive
5. You will see the above screen pop up in the folder name type the following depending on what group you belong to:
OSP:
Z: \\files.cornell.edu\rs\rais\OSP
Y: \\files.cornell.edu\rs\rais\users
O: \\files.cornell.edu\osp\project documents
ORIA:
Z:\\files.cornell.edu\rs\rais\oria
VPR/FSS:
Z:\\files.cornell.edu\rs\rais\vpr
RAIS:
Z\\files.cornell.edu\rs\rais\rais
CTL:
Z:\\files.cornell.edu\rs\rais\crf
6. Hit the enter button and you will be mapped to the section of the file share you need
7. Go back and open "This PC" you will see your mapping under "Network Locations"
