If you are looking to request an Adobe license please submit a Desktop Support request and include the following required information.
-Specific software needed (i.e. Acrobat Pro, Photoshop, InDesign etc)
-Business need for the software
-How often you will be utilizing the software
-How long you will need the software for
Once you are assigned an Adobe license, you should receive a welcome email from Adobe. You will need to utilize your Cornell credentials to sign into the software and if you are prompted, be sure to choose "work or school account."
Windows users: You should then be able to utilize the web version of the Software or should be able to download the desktop version via the Creative Cloud app. We will also attempt to push the Creative Cloud app to your device and then you will be able to install the desired software through the Creative Cloud app without needing Admin privileges. If the Creative Cloud app does not install on your ILR device, we will work with you to get the software installed.
Mac users: You should be able to install the Adobe Creative Cloud app through the Self-Service app without needing admin privileges or we can work with you to install it manually as well. Once the Creative Cloud app is installed you will be able to install the desired Adobe products requested.
****Please note that ILR Technology Services conducts an annual survey/review of these licenses, regardless of when a license was issued. This is due to an allotted, pre-determined amount of licenses.****
